How to control quality for prototypes during CNC machining process?

Machinists can not go away the machine during CNC machining process. They should always pay attention whether there is any abnormal situation in the processing, how is the quality of the workpiece, and solve the abnormal situations in time. Here are our favorite way to control quality for prototypes during CNC machining process.
(1) Observe if the spindle speed and the feed size are suitable. If they are not suitable, the spindle speed ratio and feed rate can be adjusted, and the program can be modified if necessary.
(2) Observe whether the cutting fluid is sufficient. If not enough, To check whether the pipe is blocked or the cutting fluid is too less in box, and to make corresponding processing.
(3) Observe the cutting situation, whether there are chips winding the cutter. If yes, it should be stopped machine in time, otherwise it may be cause an accident.
(4) Keep monitor if the cutter and parts is loosening. If yes, You must stop the machine to avoid the accident.
(5) Observe the surface roughness of the machined part and the cutting situation, and the cutting sound, Judge whether the tool is blunt or damaged. If yes, if just has little effect on the workpiece, You can replace or grinding cutter after finish this workpiece. if it can not be guarantee the machining accuracy and surface roughness, You should stop machine at once and replace cutter, reset the cutter length compensation and origin position of coordinate. Then reprocess.
(6) Monitor if there are unusual noise, abnormal fever and abnormal vibration during CNC machining process. If so, You should be check the reasons and solve the trouble in time.
(7) After finished the processing, the important size should be measured before the workpiece is unloaded. If the size exceed tolerance requirement, and it can be remedied. You can take remedial in time.
(8)The finished parts should be full inspection or sampling inspection in the mass production, Try to make the size meet the tolerance range. Keep a close watch on the change direction of the part size. If the deviation is large, You should deal with it early.
